But as I am "trying" to be all healthy in an attempt to alleviate some of these peri symptoms does anyone know why bananas are
bad for dieting, have seen alot about this lately

I try to eat one everyday. They are filling and good for your heart. They are binding but as long as you eat other fruits with it.

yes I love them but have frequently seen articles about them not being helpful if you are trying to lose weight, I wondered why?

i admire you doing that.. I really do..
Trouble is when you stop exercising and you feel wobbly it is hard to get back into it..
i use to do 300 ab crunches in the morning and 300 at night ..
and now it hurts to do 100 ... 😧 with stopping for a while ..
i do the chair dips okay .... The rest can wait u til its cooler here
i would love a good friend to go to yoga or something with in the same boat, oh i miss a good friend 😕

I find it difficult too, my whole body wobbles and my boobs nearly knock me over haha
But I am determined because I hate being 15 stones (approx)

This site is a godsend to get information but I have stopped looking now and I do feel better thanks to Jay. The B vitamins did the trick. My vertigo is thankfully gone but still wee suffering premenopause stuff.
Now that I feel better I am off the couch more and putzing/cleaning. It's not good for your health to dwell on your problems. I try to be on here as much as I can so I can still irritate Jay and Marlene, my buddies. hehe.
