Hi please, i'm 19, but my dick is still as small as that of a kid, but when i went for total testosterone serum test the result came out as 17 nmol/l (and i was told it's within the normal range) and again i use to feel some kind of lumps around my nipple region. Please what do you think is wrong with me.

You mean to say it is still small when erect? That would be strange. And you should see urologist.
Otherwise, maybe you are a grower. Do a search online for shower vs grower.

I have similar problem as him. I am definitely grower. Although i am certain that my penis did not really grow. I am 19 with a very few facial hair and I feel like my maturation and development is overall a bit slow. During erection my penis gets bigger by nearly 3 inches. But still....what worries me is my girth which is only 1,4 inches. Length is 5,5 inches. On top of that I am facing some ED problems RN. When the ED problem started I could barely have and erection. Now it is somewhat better and I can achieve erection but it is weaker and feels a bit numb. I have been to some blood tests and they all came normal. Maybe its chronic pain from my pelvic/lower back area but I don’t know since in my country hospitals are now running only for emergency cases so I can’t visit urologist or let myself get tested. Gotta wait for this entire situation to end. Just wanted to share my story, maybe someone can tell me something 😃 Since the ED my penis also often feels numb and I spotted some shape changes.

what do you mean by "shape changes".
If your penis bends drastically or has an hourglass shape to it. like an indentation. Then it may possibly be peyronies disease. ED is also another symptom of peyronies disease. I doubt its that but its just another thing you should look into so that you can rule it out.

Regarding hourglass shape, is that abnormal only under certain circumstances? I notice that sometimes, while "growing" (my penis), it has hourglass shape until it finishes growing. Or it might grow such that it starts out fatter at the base of penis than the head, until finished growing (no hourglass). Finished growing, it's uniform across the shaft.

if you were told it's in the normal range you don't have to be worrying much ^^
if you don't mind, you may upload a picture, but keep in mind that if you were told that it's fine, then, it's fine.
If you refer to those penises on porn website then obviously all our penises are small compared to those you may see on videos

Between the ages of 18 to 21 your penis should be well developed. You are in the range of an average penis. Don't compare your size to porn. Just be comfortable with the size you've got. Plus it might even surprise you and grow a bit.
