I'm Confused

So for the past few months I have been having Upper Left Abdo pain the wraps around my back, vomiting after eating, nausea, swollen stomach, white colored stools, and fatigue. I've had my appendix and GB out and had Viral Hepaitis.

I'm 19 and my blood tests are also weird.

I'm anemic , hemolysis is present, low Lipase, high liver enzymes, Hematuria and mucus in urine. Inflammatory markers have been slightly high. And triglycerides are high.

I've asked this before but what could this be??? My Primary Care Provider really thinks it's chronic pancreatitis but my GI says Lipase would be elevated if it was chronic pancreatitis.

Please help.

Hi David I am sorry about your health issues especially because you are so young. Listen to your GI doctor. Lipase is the first pancreatic enzyme the look for in the E.R. Get yourself to a pancreatic specialist. They may need to do endoscopy with ultrasound EUS. HAVE YOU HAD ANY IMAGING? CAT SCAN ULTRASOUND? PERHAPS speak to Primary care doctor about pancreatitis concerns and get her to refer you for EUS. Not all GI DOCTORS ARE THROUGH. TRY TO GET IN-DEPTH ANSWERS

Research a couple rarely diagnosed Vascular Compression Syndromes. One is called Nutcracker Syndrome (Left Renal Vein Compression Syndrome). The other one is called SMA Syndrome (Superior Mesenteric Artery Compression Syndrome) that can occur as part of the Nutcracker Syndrome. I have a friend that has both of these conditions and your symptoms are very similar to hers. A Vascular Surgeon might be a good doctor to go see to at least rule these conditions out.
