I'm having really bad anxiety after drinking, what should I do?

Okay so I went to a festival with my girlfriend and a few other people, basically thousands of people come out and drink and party all day. Well I blacked out for like 7 hours. Apparently clung to another lesbians arm all day, and we were like laughing and talking all day.

I feel like an idiot though because 1) i'm in a relationship, and 2) I have no clue what was said or if I was even like remotely understandable lol

Now I'm like freaking out/having anxiety because the girls number is in my phone, and I don't remember how it got there. And I want to text her and ask but I literally just met her. And who knows she could have been laughing at me. I'm like super embarrased. How do I go about this situation?

I literally was sick to my stomach all night from overthinking it.

Are you sure someone didn't spike your drink if you can't remember anything for 7 hours and you were walking around still sounds like someone has

Lol I don't think so? I mean I knew the people I was with.. And made my own drinks that I can remember. I didn't eat all day either which is bad.

I just hope I wasn't walking around like a damn zombie all day.

It sounds to me like you had your drink spiked date rape drugs make you forget for hours, you only have to watch the news to see the reports.

How ow long ago was this festival? I get a blood test done and tell your doctor you think you might have been spiked to ensure that if you have you know what the effect is on you. If you haven't been spiked then the test should show more.
