My dear friend,
Don't worry, We are here for you,
And just know that you are not alone,
Unfortunately, People still do not accept having to deal with persons suffering from Stress or Mental Fatigue and Anxiety,
Know that you are not alone....
From What I read in your paragraph, Your anxiety is trying to make you feel bad, but know this, It is controlled by you my friend. Picking on a wound doesnt heal it, it just takes longer to heal, Similarly, thinking about anxiety will not stop it, But, It will take some time for you to adapt with it,
There are some things you may need to do to reduce your Anxiety, It works well and this form of treatment is called Cognitive Behavioural therapy or CBT,
This is something that you may have to speak to your doctor about ok...
He will guide you to professionals who train to reduce anxiety by teaching you, several relaxation techniques, and Thought modification.
Since this takes some time, You may have to take some meds.
Don't worry it is treatable...
The other thing...
Was it SVT or Sinus tachycardia?
Just find out, sometimes, it helps to take a second opinion.
Considering you are a Boxer, You must be into a lot of Physical activity, also, Cardio exercises, and lots of Training, Over time the cardiac Muscle tone Improves, and the amount of Blood volume pushed into the Body is so good that the heart has to beat lesser,
That is why Atheletes have low Heart rates.
It should be above 50, but you can get it checked when you visit the cardiologist ok...
Know that all of us here support your Doing well. Take care.

I have been told by the cardiologist that the Tachycardia will go when the anxiety and panic attacks will subside which did when my anxiety was more manageable. Hope it goes alright for you. Take care
