When you say lower stomach do you mean in the middle of your abdomen (which is where your stomach lies) or are you talking about the pelvic area because and swelling of the abdomen won't be related to prolapse repair?

The pelvic area.I'm concerned cause ut wasn't like this before surgery and its hard not soft to touch

Swelling following the operation is common and that is because of air being pumped into the pelvic cavity to allow the surgeon to see what he's doing. This can take a while to reduce. If you had an infection you'd almost certainly have other symptoms, a temperature, an offensive vaginal discharge and possibly flu like symptoms however if you're concerned, make an appointment to see your GP.

It sounds like its just from surgery like you said then, I saw him already and he said everything was ok I guess I'm just worried all the time. Tysm for your help.
