I’m scared that i have endometriosis, can anyone help?

Hi, i have a doctors app tomorrow but am constantly stressing and worried that i may have endometriosis which will affect my fertility in the future. I have written a list of my symptoms, i am 19

Period pain can be quite bad. Some

Months it is extremely painful other times it is bearable 

Only lasts a couple of hours. Ive noticed worse pain as i have got older in the past two years

Periods are irregular always have been

Had a medical abortion last year, period pain has felt worse since then

When i was younger my periods would last 3 weeks sometimes

Went on the combined pill which made my periods more regular  but came off due to weight gain and mood swings

Cycle varies between 27 days to 35 days, noticed a more regular shorter cycle recently 

I have had pains that i feel coming on during sex which get worse if i continue to have sex and then the pain lasts for about half an hour afterwards 

Over the past three years this has happened 4 times and i have had 3 different sexual partners 

I would describe the pain as a spasm which is sharp and stabbing, sometimes feeling quite dull in the lower abdomen, vagina and lower back. It happened the other day and it almost felt like there was a knot or lump in my uterus which i could feel from the outside

When i needed to wee i pressed down on my bladder which led to the same pain, this was before i had sex when i was about 14
