i m very serious about this for 2 year, what should i do?

I have a this problem more than 2 year

 My lips turn white when contact with water. And lips layer automatically remove. Its cause burning. And next raw layer also remove automatically every alternative day.

Plzzzzz help me because no one doctor n medicine can solve my problem and i m very serious about this.....???

    This sounds awful,  presume you have been referred to a skin specialist by your own gp?  Have you tried researching  this on google?

      I changed 4 to 5 doctor

      They cant find my solution because my lab report is normal
