i might have herpes

hello i’m 15 years old and i’ve been having sex with one of my good friends for about 2 months now. we don’t usually use protection and he’s been with multiple people. about a week ago my vagina starting itching very badly and now from me itching it so much it is very sore and burns. i was looking and noticed about 4 small bumps one on each of the vaginal lips and two on my clitoris. i’m very scared and don’t know what to do or how to tell my mom as she doesn’t even know i’ve ever had sex

    my vagina also burns terribly when i pee or get into the shower and it gets wet. help what should i do???? i dont want to tell my mom

      you can upload a picture from a laptop or PC. just take one on your phone and email it to yourself then upload from the computer x

      i told my mom and she looked up the symptoms and thinks it could be a bad yeast infection since i was just on antibiotics. however she doesn’t know i’ve ever had sex before so i’m really nervous because i dont want to tell her but i’m going to the doctor

      i will. i’m so scared what if my parents don’t love me the same because they’re so dissapointed in me. i cant believe i might have this i’m overwhelmed with sadness and dissapointment in myself

    okay so a little update: i told my mom before we went to the doctor i thought it might be herpes and when we got there the doctor confirmed it looks like herpes and took a culture sample. she also prescribed me acyclovir. both of my parents know and were very supportive my dad told me he always will love me no matter what and that we’re going to deal with this as a family

      Great parents! did you told the person that might have given it t you? When I told the person who gave me in 2015 until this day he denies it. Please don't stress and now that you have your parents to help you through this. You'll be fine.
