I have NO clue how to describe it, but I am going to try. November 2016, out of nowhere, I cried out screaming, not knowing where I was, or the people around me. It was like a sense of doom came over me. I went to many hospitals, many doctors, and neurologists. They couldn't find anything and just said it was anxiety and panic attacks. After a while, I was still having them, but I was alert of my knew where I was and I knew who everyone was. I always had trouble describing it. They ended January 2017. Yesterday, February 17th, 2018, I had another one. I had a couple more by the end of the day. Today, I have had 2 or 3, one of them was just 10 minutes ago. I am going to try and describe it for you.
-I can feel it coming on about 20 seconds before it actually does.
-It is like a brain fog that takes about 23-30 seconds until it has full affect.
-I feel doomed.
-It is like everything is in slow motion
-I feel like I am dying.
-I want to die when it's happening.
-It's like you see in a movie where someone is standing there, and the camera zooms out really far, and then they are standing in a white room, nothing around them, they are alone.
-It is almost like you can't breath.
-You close your eye because it is so overwhelming.
-Erie feeling.
-There's a freeze in time.
-I can smell a stench in the air. Like bleach, but it is not bleach.
I need help. I don't want it to keep happening.

The only other thing which sounds crazy I know but eating too much nutmeg can cause this sort of thing. So if you like to eat a lot of spicy food then check out the nutmeg content.
