I need your help !Any plan?

So i am struggling with doing things , i have figure out one thing but then comes another one.

I am asking for your help to figure out a little bit better about how to achieve things without too much struggle.

First of all i am telling you this because i want you to try to understand a little bit about me and you might see something that i am not able to see right now so.

The point is i am not a challenging type (person) and not a (competive) one answell because when i try to do things on a challenging way i am always getting frustrated and i am so tense and i can't really achieve anything like that. For instance i am struggling to lose my belly fat , actually i really want to get the desire body i would like with a six pack and is not like i don't want it because it has nothing to do with " willingless " however when i think like the moment till i eat the "specific food" that comes in my mind i am really like somehow disgouraged and then i am trying to change my thought to something like "I must do that otherwise i won't achieve my goal" and then comes the fight the challending way i was telling you.

Is there any way that i can do things and be more patient with myself?

I already know that everyone has their own fights however i am trying to find a situable way for me to do things without being too hard with myself and without being closed mind and thinking only about one thing while i could have my mind free and achieve lots of things than only one because i know that and i believe that there is a way that i am not able to see right now but i believe it exists.

And that was the reason i came to look for yourself if is possible so thank you for taking time reading my issue i am dealing right now i would really appreciate it if you would give your ideas without judjing me because i don't really like that.

I mean if you have something in your mind that it might help me out even 1% just give it a try you have nothing to lose anyway again thanks!
