I still feel like I am having a stroke pleaseeee help sad my mum thinks I'm crazy

    If you were having a stroke, you wouldnt have the chance to wonder if you were. Your not having a stroke.

      I'm sorry we cant be of more help. A big part of health anxiety is understanding that it's anxiety. Are these symptoms new?

      The weakness started yesterday I don't really have a headache it feels like my eye hurts and that's came on today

      No it couldn't be, serious issues such as these dont leave you wondering, you would be critically ill, which you aren't. It's just health anxiety, very common

      No they don't work like that. Stay off Google, go for a walk or watch some TV, or call a friend, don't be so focused on yourself,it does no good at all
