I seem to laugh at things that are explainable. help?

so basically, i will have an uncontrollable smirk and chuckle when any human talks to me. doesn't matter if its family or a doctor or any random person i meet. if i hear someone has died, i laugh and have to try and hide it to not make people get the wrong idea. i cant talk to doctors about my depression, because they wont take me serious when i'm laughing and grinning when talking about it. please can someone either diagnose me with something or give me advice because the answer isn't on google. thanks.
