My moods and night sweats seem to be getting worse. can anyone recommend a herbal medication? I have heard about Black cohosh, but not sure if it really works.

Black Cohosh didn't really do much for me. However, Agnus Castus has made an incredible difference. I have it as a herbal tincture - simply because I figure it doesn't need to break down in my body like a capsule. I used to have several night sweats every night, in the two weeks before my period; and now if I use this tincture I don't have any, which I think is a phenomenal result. Sage pills have helped a bit, but nothing as good as the Agnus Castus.

I ordered DIM from Amazon. This helps with hot flashes/flushes or should I say the flashes/flushes have calmed down. I also go for BHRT treatments. BHRT has saved my life. Good luck!

BHRT Pellet therapy involves implants that are placed under the skin that release hormones into your body. The pellets, which are a little larger than a grain of rice, contain hormones (either estradiol or testosterone) which are pressed or fused into very small cylinders.
DIM, or dindolylmethane, is the active ingredient in cruciferous vegetables; it promotes proper hormone metabolism and helps improve estrogen/ progesterone equilibrium to steady the hot flashes and related symptoms. ... Asian women with soy-rich diets are famous for their lack of hot flashes and menopause symptoms.
This has given my life back. I had to my research but I'm so grateful and if I can help other women, then beautiful. I wish I had done this years ago. 😃
