my boyfriend gave me oral sex and i noticed the hood of my clit was inflamed, then I noticed these. PLEASE HELP
and i can't tell if this is herpes or just irritation. I'm prone to cold sores so this worries me

Go get the sores swabbed. To me it looks like it ... I just recently got diagnosed.

Yes, looks concerning in regards to herpes. Best advice, get into the doctors office and ask for a SWAB test when you have active sores or other herpes symptoms.
