i had unprotective sex with this guy and since then ive been unwell first it started with cramping then i started to get night sweats but only lasted two days then i was really weak for about 3 weeks and sensitive to sunlight then i had a tickly throat which causes me to have a dry cough which has lasted more than a month i then started getting ulsers but would only stay a day or two inside my cheek and inside my lip then i started getting these strange spots on my neck and chest which didnt look like pimples and lately my throat has narrowed and i cant seem to get rid of thrush i also had painful gums which meant i could barely eat i got an sti check after a month but came back negative im coming up to 3 months where ill get another test to see if its hiv its just given me a lot of anxiety does this sound like hiv??

Hey.
So first of all, I can understand you because I've been in a similar situation. I really thought that I had HIV an was quite surprised when the test came back negative. Try to calm down and make another test after 3 month to be sure. Your symptoms could be caused by anxiety or also by other issues. If you want you can send me a message,

i try not to worry but its really affected my mental health and the doctors arnt taking it seriously i get so scared.

I know exactly what you are going through. Are you able to get tested again soon? If you'll get tested again 3 month after possible exposure and it comes back negative then you don't need to worry about HIV. HIV tests are VERY accurate.
Do you think this guy you had sex with is positive?

im not sure he never coughed or showed any signs and he still messages to see me but i was told by his room mate he hooks up with a lot of girls i havnt seen him since

its some anxiety. you are fine. you can have take home test to relax yourself
