I've been dealing with pain

I googled my problems and ended up here. They told me I had acid reflux in august..had diff pills and nothing seems to work plus the nausea. It's mostly when I wake up.. started happening after i has my son in 2016. When i threw up sometimes when I wake up.. now he doctor took some blood and said my white blood count is low. And they going to do it again in 4 weeks and if it's the same then more test. Waiting for an appointment for a gastologist to see what's wrong... he told me being nauseous has nothing to do with acid reflux. And I'm deff not pregnant. Been almost a year and hopefully they can tell me something. I'm almost 30. The stomach pains and nausea .. tired can't sleep at night.. it's frustrating.. especially when ur a single mom working and ur smallest child is 1.

What I would suggest doing is taking medication that helps with nausea, but also change up on what you eat. For example, drink ginger tea to help settle your body, eat yogurt if you don't and also I gotta include this, but oatmeal. Definitely oatmeal. It settles your stomach along with some of the other things. It will help you manage what your going through.
