Hey everyone.,

Ive been dealing with the strange thing around my meatus since about AUG-SEPT of 2019 and it didn't really grow or anything till late January this year (Hasn't grown since then). All my STD screenings/tests came back negative and I've been to an urologist multiple times (& I'm going back in 3 months). The urologist told me that he doesn't think its a wart or anything like that but more so a fungal infection. I'm just still worrying about it because there's a hot sensation on/around the frenulum that comes and goes. Also sometimes i get a split second strange sensation in/near my urethra. I've used Clobetasol Propionate (USP, 0.05%) &I'm currently using Nystatin Cream (USP 30g). No discomfort or burning when i pee, nor when i ejaculate & my urine is clean! What exactly could it be and will it go away anytime soon? (ALSO its only really noticeable when I'm flaccid, when I'm erect it looks completely fine.)If the pictures arent clear enough i can upload more..

Also I'd like to add that sometimes when i wake up in the morning is when i really feel that hot sensation near the frenulum. Honestly it gets really bad when I'm driving for a while. Does anybody have a clue as to what this might be? I'll take all the help i can get...

Have you seen more than one Urologist or the same one - this should be the specialist that can deal with this for you ...... ?

As of right now I've only been to 1 urologist. I thought the urologist was the specialist? Is the dermatologist the specialist?

So, a Dermatologist may be able to correctly identify what this actually is - then treatment approaches would be discussed - however, if treatment was surgical removal a surgical Urologist would need to do that ....

Alright then. When dermatologists open back up I'll check up with one. My urologist did say something about surgery too. Personally, what do you think it could be?

.. the Urologist should be the one to identify what this is ...

Hello everyone! So i went to another urologist for a second opinion and he said the spots on the meatus are just tiny cysts. Not std/sti caused or anything like that. I've also gotten tested for pretty much EVERYTHING again and it all came out negative, so as for the occasional burning sensation around the head that comes and goes i have no idea what it could be. Right now i'm just going to keep taking the cloteomazole cream as it does help out a little bit. I'll keep everyone updated as time passes by!
