Okay, we need to address this urgently if it is causing you depression. As I mentioned in your Message I need to know:
have you applied any medication to this?
are you sexually active, if so, do you always use condoms?
.
In addition to this, is it possible for you to see a doctor about this, or the best Medical Professional to see would be a Dermatologist, or, what you could do is go to ant Sexual Health Service and ask for a professional opinion of what this is ........

I have been eating this medicine for five days but have not recovered. Just one pimple first blackened and then fine, just a little inflammation.
I have a girl friend I met her about a month ago. But since I got these pimples I haven't met her...
What do you think this is what I have been told by the doctor is nothing to worry about

How long were you instructed to use the medication for? Did you have sex with this Girl without using a condom? Needing to use an Antifungal is very common if you had unprotected sex, it does not mean the Girl is the wrong kind of person - many women get this issue it does not mean you should not see her again.
Take the medication as you have been instructed to do so ......

The doctor had said that if there is any benefit to the medicine then to use it for five days but I have not benefited from the medication.
I always use condoms but I kiss my girlfriend and she kisses me too. Can kissing cause infection?
My girl friend is all right and she has no infection and she has a physical relationship with me and only me.
I've been using Medicine sometimes to increase sex time. Did it not cause this infection?
What is not going well with Antibiotics Medicine?

In terms of kissing you mean mouth to mouth, rather than oral sex? Mouth to mouth cannot cause the infection on your penis if that is what you mean.
The problem with the pictures and saying what it is that one set of symptoms can have different causes that cause similar looking symptoms. It is not possible to be specific on this.
What the Doctor has been treating you for was the most likely cause of what you have. This has not worked, so the cause is most likely something different to what the doctor was presuming it was. Either go back to the doctor and work towards getting the correct medication for this. Alternatively, you could go to a Dermatologist, and preferably, one that deals with Genital Skin conditions.

I have been using the medicine for the past twenty days, which has caused a lot of recovery. The medication the doctor has given me to use is used for common bacterial infections and I am also taking antibiotics capsules.

Tablets to increase sex time cannot cause infection. If you have been having unprotected (not using condoms) penetrative sex the only way to be 100% sure you do not have an infection is to get tested.

What you need to realise is that most people who reply on this web site are not medical professionals, only, we have also experienced penis disorders and have an idea how these issues impact on other males.
