I have 1 and 2 and I wanna meet a woman and start a family but I feel like no woman will be understanding enough to accept me and build a life for me.Am I doomed to be alone 40 and single?

No. You're not doomed. There's understanding people out there. When I first got diagnosed, I did find a dating site for people with hsv. So there's that.

I haven't gotten to that point yet. Since my current bf gave me hsv. But when I told him my diagnosis, I told him I have the virus that is caused by herpes. And that I had sores, and that eventually they'd go away. But that many people have it and don't know. Which is his case.
I would be to know the person first (obviously) and when you feel that you trust them enough then tell them. But up until that point, I wouldn't do anything sexually. No in the heat of the moment things either. That'll make it worse if you don't say anything, hook up and then tell her.
