If i goto hospital can they prescribe me anything to stop this so get over the hangover properly and be back to normal? or will they just be like ride it out and deal with it? sad( scared and worked up.

    A hangover should pass.

Do you have major anxiety issues when you're sober?

I have a mild anxiety disorder day to day. Used to be worst but did cbt a few years back now and helped a lot. I'm having Awfui anxiety now the longer it goes since I had a drink. Been 6! Hours. Not sure what to do?

You need to find something else other than alcohol that makes you feel good. What else do you enjoy?

What did you drink and how much? One glass of wine ( 250ml ) can take around 2 hours for beer, cider or lager or stronger lager 3 hours. That's as a guide because it also depends on weight, age, if you've eaten e.t.c. With most handovers I get the anxiety and jitters and I know how horrible it can be but unfortunately to get over it your going to have to ride it out. Try and eat something and keep yourself hydrated with water. Maybe get those salts you have after a hangover to put in a drink to help replace any salts e.t.c
