Okay so I know I'm over reacting but it helps to talk and hear others input. It's morning and I swallowed some mucouse and I tasted an irony taste and all I could think of was an episode of buzzar Er where a mans lungs filled with blood and now that's all I can think about and I'm panicking and I changed my breathing and I'm swallowing hard and more often I'm just freaking out!

Stay calm, the worst thing you can do right now is panic so breath lightly concentrate on having your breathing at a good rate and drink a glass on water, ring the doctors and book an appointment to be checked over for piece of mind.

Take care and remeber stay calm x

Calm down, deep breaths and have a glass of water. you need to relax. The breathing will change with your stress I have found that when I'm overreacting it's best to try and do something that you need to concentrate on even if just housework as once you have focussed on something you tend to calm down, then these thoughts appear on and off rather than constant.

    Dear Schwwyn,

    Sorry for replying late,

From what you are saying it seems as though you are having some anxiety.....Anxiety has this annoying habit of Manifesting as Unwanted thoughts which result in fear,

Just Breathe, and relax now, See if you can meet with your GP, for some advice as to how to follow up on this.

    Take care.
