Think it's a bit early to expect any great benefits yet, stick with it a couple weeks and see if you improve I've heard it's supposed to be one of the faster acting ante depressants good luck hope it works for you

Hey there.
I've been on Mirtz for a few years now. It takes a bit longer than 5 days to start showing positive effects. Just hang in there and remember to only take it before bed. Otherwise you'll feel terrible throughout the day. I also use it as a treatment for insomnia and it's worked wonders 😃

hi newmind - were you taking it for depression or just insomnia?

Depression. But I also struggled with insomnia. So I was prescribed Mirtz.

hi there. i suffered terribly with withdrawals from my antidepressant, lexapro, and tried with mirt for 4 weeks, but felt so bad i had to stop taking it and go back to the lexapro. i researched on the internet re withdrawals and suggest you do the same.
all the best.
