I’ve been worrying about this for ages and need some help

i've had this issue for some time now, seen several doctors and sexual health nurses all who have said there's nothing to worry about and had many STI tests, all negative. But somethings no quite right. The skin can appear red and is rather tacky, picks up loads of hair and fabric throughout the day. It's not as smooth as it used to be and there appears to be some bumps at the bottom of my glans/grooves or lines in the skin.

Has anyone experienced this before and is it something to be concerned about? It's really effecting me and I can't seem to find a straight answer as everyone who's had a look at it says it's nothing to worry about but can't actually tell me what it is. Images below, thanks

    looks like fordyce spots. it's harmless. but try to keep sexual friction down.

    even if I'm wrong it isn't the symptom of any serious sti.

    if ur tests are negative, the only only std it can be is warts or herpes. they're both a s**t show and are way way way more prominent.

    your penis looks very healthy. just make sure u avoid unnecessary sexual encounters at all.

    keep it safe for when u actually need a child. I've learnt the hard way.

      thanks for the reply, every dr ive seen says it doesnt look like an sti but wanted to see if anyones had any similar experiences. just seems weird that it's changed over the past couple years. i'll keep your tips in mind, cheers

    me and seems alot people on here are having this and some have it for years i got questions for you 1-did you ever use steroid cream on the glans 2- do you think its from rough masterbation broke the main artery to the glans

      yeah i used steroid/antifungal a while back and think that could've made things worse and dried the skin out badly. wouldn't be too sure bout the masterbation part though

    yeah i have this too mostly in the corners of my lips i was told its quite common and harmless just a build up of oil that cant escape. Dont take my word for it just telling you what i think aka fordcye spots
