I've got a hanging fleshy lump on my gums, should I be worried?

I've had this for about a month. It started as a small hanging piece of flesh above my first molar in my mouth, it was gum coloured, flexible and I could push it around with my tongue. Then after about a week, it had completely gone down to barely nothing to my surprise, I stopped worrying then a couple of days later, it came back, slightly bigger. Then another week passed, and it went down to practically nothing (I could feel a small pip) and then a few days later it grew again, so it seems to sometimes change in size I guess? Right now the best way to describe it is a hanging Uvula above my first molar, it looks like a Uvula with maybe some faint white areas. It's quite soft, very flexible and I'm unsure of whether it's pus-filled or not. I should also mention I have Gingivitis, and the molar it's above does have some tooth decay. It's bothering me now as it's quite big, and the fact that a few times it's went down to practically nothing, makes it hard to know if I should be worried?

Help appreciated, thank you
