I’ve had an itchy rash on my leg for years!!! It’s driving me crazy, what can I do?

i have had this itchy spot that has come and gone a little for the last few years. recently it has been here for a year straight and growing in size. I have gotten to the point where i itch it uncontrollably until it is bleeding and sore. Ive been to dermatologists and doctors and they all dont really give me answers just throw a Rx for a steroid cream at me and call it a day. the creams dont seem to help any. I feel desperate. im at a loss. i had PUBB during my first pregnancy and i got it after that but im not exactly sure the exact timing (that daughter is now 15) That is the only thing i can come close to relating this to.
