I've had cramping, spasms and symptoms changing for over 2 years

I have been suffering for over 2 years with abdominal problems with changing of constipation & diahorrea, lower stomach cramping followed by urgent need to use the toilet, upper right cramping and upper middle cramping followed by pain in my chest and around the back also a long with episodes of acid reflux and burning in my throat.

I have got no where with my doctor & the specialists I have seen, they all put it down to IBS but no matter what medications I have used (Mebeverine, Buscopan, Amitriptyline, Citalopram, Sertraline & probably some others I have used in the past but forgot about) they don't offer 100% relief, some reduce the cramping pains, lower the diahorrea but nothing that really works.

I was in hospital the other day because of severe pains in my upper stomach and chest. They found in my blood results a high white blood cell count which indicates an attack of some sort. Also the ambulance said my blood pressure was 183 / 120 with an irregular heart beat.

My liver tests have always been high with an ALT of 148 & Gamma GT 225 a long with other things I have forgotten about all show liver problems. Having had liver scans in the past nothing has been found.

I am stuck with what to do, nothing has been found, the pain is very real, my doctor doesn't seem willing to help and I can't put up with this anymore

I need advice!
