I've had these red itchy bumps on my inner thigh and buttocks for weeks that's where they predominantly are but sometimes they'll show up on my stomach, hands and lower leg/feet area they've never left my inner thigh or buttocks what could it be? About 2 days ago I got one on the tip of my penis
