I've had this bump at the base of my penis for about 2 weeks. Please help.

Hello everybody. so about 2 weeks ago, this little bump popped up on the base of my penis. it looked as if it had a small hair coming out of it so i pulled it thinking it was an ingrown hair. it went down in swelling but came back 2 days later. When it came back, i tried to pop it, though there was no head. that just hurt and made it swell a LOT more. since then, its been varying a lot with it's degree of swelling. some days it's pretty much not there and other days if i bump it it swells up. today, i was on the couch and i pulled my penis back a little bit trying to look at the swelling, and a bunch of puss came out. It does not hurt to the touch, but it hurts with a lot of pressure. there's no surface wound or anything. it honestly feels like these cysts i used to get on my face, just swollen and wont pop. I'm 21, sexually active, and have been dating and having sex with the same girl for over a year and a half. i am positive its not an STI, but i cant have sex because it hurts. any advice? i dont just want to go shoving a needle into it.
