I’ve just noticed these bumps in the back of my throat!

Hi,

I've been experiencing a dry throat for a few weeks now, more recently accompanied by a mild stabbing pain in my throat. I've just noticed these bumps in the back of my throat which weren't there a couple of weeks ago. I suffer from pretty bad health anxiety so of course my mind has jumped straight to throat cancer! I think I suffer with post nasal drip as I always have to sleep with tissues nearby or else my nose won't stop running so not sure if that might be the cause?
