I want my life back

I am 47 years old and peri. Does anyone lay down at night and feel funny in their head. It only lasts for a second but it almost feels like I'm going to pass out. It feels like a knock in my head. I also have body jerks and a constant ringing in my ear. During the day I am fine but at night my life changes

I have a constant hissing in my ears and also a weird head/vision feeling. This has been for the last 3 months and docs are saying its anxiety. Some days I cope .... some I don't

everything changes. You emerge with a different body. Allergies where you had none before. Different reactions to stuff. It's weird. The anxiety does calm down. The ringing does calm down although i have a different odd sound lately. I dont know what these hormones do but they make a mess for a while. Everyone i have talked to too says it takes years for it all to balance out.some of it has for me and im still waiting in some. Headaches were a huge thing for years. Check your blood pressure, that changes too as does cholesterol. the one thing i am so grateful for is i do not miss getting my period at all.
