I woke up with this. PLEASE HELP.

I was using the restroom when I realized how I had this on my head. I am worried as to what can it be. The first two photos were taken before I showered. I decided to apply soap and clean it. It has been a few hours and the last two photos are from now. This is after two hours from showering. There is no itching or discomfort.

WHAT CAN IT BE? WARTS? HERPES? OR SOMETHING ELSE?

did you have an unprotected sexual encounter? did you test to rule out infection?
