I have an idea of what may be causing the illness, but that's all it is. I believe that there is a POSSIBILITY that there may be traces of a chemical or biological weapon in these juices. Any other ideas?

It seems that some users had been vaping 'black market' cannabis vape.
The health 'authorities' stated that vape bought from authorised trusted suppliers was not involved at all.
