Not sexually active and haven't been for quite some time. However, i noticed the head of my penis is looking a little off from normal. After my last relationship i was tested for all basic and hsv which all came back negative. But the head is super wrinkly and i have this slight raised patches of discoloration.
Any ideas?

It is the raised patches I would have investigated: how long have you had these? Are you circumcised? If you are then the wrinkled effect would be quite typical ......

they are a little raised or at least you can tell they are. Have been there for some time and yes I am, I figured the wrinkles were normal.

There are several conditions that could be causing the raised patches - you need to see a Dermatologist or Urologist
