im so confused about my body please help.

Iv had urine infection 3 times  in 2 months they went last 3 times i had  tested for wee all clear no infection but got thrush from last antibiotics. So used a soft gel pessary 2nite it fell out after 2 hourd why ? And does that mean it not working. I am using the cream daily and i have another one internal cream to go up ther would this be better. I was told by my doc i have womb bladder  prolapse she saw it up my fanny l ol can all this affect it or can womb prolapse get worse if so how u know. I suffer with gallstones too can thst make ur we smell n change ? Last time i had sex was with condom time b4 no condom but was tested all fine what is up . Dont they find in ur weee sample for sexual infection 2 ? My friends a nurse and told me that any other things help with thrush xx
