im so worried at this point i dont want anyone to see or touch my vagina again. is this herpes?

I first started feeling irritation in March, I've had itching and burning before but this was different. It itched so bad it was hard to conceal my need to scratch, and burned when I peed (which Ive never experienced before). I complained to my friend and she freaked out asking if I was with blank. Turns out the same night I came over to cuddle and makeout he had just finished f*****g a girl that now was getting tested for herpes (i never found out her results). We didnt have sex but he did touch and play with me, even rubbed his penis on my vagina. That was in february and my first "outbreak" was in March. Since then I havent been with anyone and I havent had penetrative sex since I lost my virginity 6 years ago. I have been living in a state of panic mixed with depression, disgust, and gut wrenching anxiety whenever I feel any irritation down there. My photos are in chronological order. At first it just looked like chaffing but now I have two recurring slits on my perineum that bring me dread. Also in my most recent examination I have found these white bumps, they never burst or scab over, but they're almost in a straight line up both sides of my lips. The irritation has not been as bad as the first time but it still is uncomfortable especially when coupled with crippling fear. Tonight I put some argan oil and vaseline (idk if thats bad) but its completely soothed the irritation I was feeling. Any help is more appreciated than you can imagine.

    it looks like herpes..that is how mine started then got worse please go get swab

      thank you for being honest with me and it sucks you went through the same thing. when yours started getting worse what happened? and is a blood test just as effective as a swab bc i was thinking about getting one online.

    To me this does not look like a typical herpes outbreak. There are so many other condition, you need to see a doctor to get answers!

      thank you! its been really difficult to see a doctor since i dont have insurance and urgent care visits for stuff like this are not very helpful. do you have any suggestions for testing?

    If your last sexual contact was longer ago than 3-4 month then a IgG blood test should be accurate.

    the white spots ur on about are just fordyce spots theyre harmless. regarding the cuts they could be yeast related i had exactly same once in a really bad yeast infection. i would say get yeast infec test
