Hi. This has happened to quite a few women on here. I would go back to your doctor or ask to see another doctor, maybe one who specialises in womens health. Explain how bad you feel and the hrt helped you live a better life.

For now, try super strength sage for the sweats and passionflower may help you sleep.

Hope you can find a doctor to help you. Keep in touch.

Yes that is a good one to start with. I tried menopace night but the hops in it made my skin smell. Give it a couple of weeks to get into your system. You can always add other supplements in a week or two. Some say magnesium and Vit D help with aches and wellbeing.

It's ridiculous that GP's these days are taking women who need HRT off it! It's your body and you should either make sure you tell your GP that your quality of life is suffering or see another GP (I know this can be difficult to confront a GP) My GP asked to me stop just before I turned 65 which I did (I suffered badly with hot flushes and what they don't tell you is that when you start taking HRT it's pretty much for life as it delays the menopause so when you stop taking it, the symptoms come back full on!) It has taken me a year and a half to get back to the control I had before he asked me to stop. Some GP's are dinosaurs when it comes to HRT and should read up on the NICE guidelines.
