I find some that really help me and I stick with them.
Years ago when I was hit with the Fibro in 1999 I had looked at homeopathy in depth, went on the ABC Homeopathy group and they are shocked at the amount of synthetic drugs the US use and other parts of Europe.....MOST there use homeopathy in total.

most of these are hard toget in uk i get mine from jersey company
and the n-con is imported from the states is really hard to get .
i dont know why the medical proffession are so bothered about these remedies and making it diffitcult for us to get them thru EU regulations and such like.
, when apparently they dont work , they do and may other people like your self know they do ,but it is a science and unless you can find a registerd homeopath its a case of trying stuff for your self which takes time .
.i still think that people in the west would be a lot healthier if our medicine was a combination of both [like in japan]. think how many people it could help get back a life and of the sick .
i think all gp surgeries should have a homeopath, a reflexologist, and a chiroprater , not full time but certain days , depression, back pain , period pain ,constapation ibs all in many cases be treated ,by reflexology and homeopathic , with out the need for a harsh and dangerouse drugs .
theres just one small problem the medical proffession and drugs companies cant make a big fat profit. thats why its not used not because it does not work . tian x

I do feel that more G.P.s are broadening their knowledge with the support of alternative therapies but as with a lot of things it becomes all about financial gain and generating income on a quick fix rather than focusing on what actually works and will benefit people as well as prevent illness in the future. Instead as it would be their financial ruin if this was the case they continue to brain wash those more vulnerable and less proactive in sourcing what works for them in every aspect of the health professions.

homeopathy is inexpensive and drugs are costly so profits are great with drugs for the stockholders of the companies.... a vicious cycle of MORE money...and not more health....

i believe back in the 1930s some doctor challenged a reflexologist to diognose all his patceints on his hospital ward just thru there feet .
she did and was correct in all the cases . and still they hide the truth .
reflex is brilliant alternative treatment next to hydrotherpy for fm
it keeps you well balanced .but you must find a good one . mine had fibro her self and couldnt keep it up .but she was very good .
do what feels right for you .is the answer . tian x

the doctor is my last port of call i will try everything i know first .
i even treated my early bronchitus just on the right hand side of my chest at the .top was wheezy , i lay of all solid food for two days and only drank single source honey with tyhme ,made in to a tea the chest cleard by the thrid day and by the 5th i was out for a walk , only a short one.
yet i know peope who the same yr had 4 losts of antibiotics complete with thrush and other problems and still with no improvement and they were still going back to the gp, im just lost for words ,
if mine hadnt of improved in a few days or had got worse then of course i would have gone to the gp , but try your self first.
the thing that makes me mad is the injecting of toddlers againts flu virus there not getting a chance to build there own protection ,iv had fm since 1997 ,iv had flu twice in that time once in 2000 and once in 2010 both moderate cases ,high temp headache sore limbs , i just slept for 48 hrs with sips of water .and got up on 3rd day and eat and drank small amounts had early nights and got over it in about 10 days .

A lot of mothers resist all the vaccines being forced on their "babies"...but many succumb to medicine.
I often kick myself for doing this hip replacement, I ended up with way worse joint pain mess than I had before....

i use nano gold for my imune system . i was talked into the flu injections when my kids were small i had 3 and flu twice so my common sense took over and havnt had any since, although they are always pushing you to at the surgery posters in the window, so even if you walk past you feel pressured ,
i know that the average healthy person only gets flu once every 9 to 10 yrs , and as i am not that average healthy person and iv only had it twice in 10yrs i dont see any need to have the vacine, like your self.
there always predicting an epidemic , or a few yrs ago a pandemic to panic people, a pandemic has to cross borders like the flu that ended the 1st world war, when more people died from the virus than were killed in action ,thats a pandemic, then i may reconsider.
my inlaws go along every year for there jabs and every year there bad .why i just dont get it.
in 2010 there were 30,000 infected vils of flu vaccine that got into the UK ,imagine if that had got into patcients.
i dont trust doctors any proffesion that even when they know something is dangerous keep on perscribing ,like in the case of thilidmide dont deserve trust.

I keep Oscillicocium (sp) on hand in the event a flu feeling comes on. it knocks it out immediately with this homeopathic.
If MORE took this immune system supp, they probably wouldn't get as sick as they do.
I have one friend with horrible allergy/sinus issues and can't take grape seed ex as she deals with colitis and says the grape seed aggrevates the colitis...

i pretty sure that the Aspergers has lead with the hormone changes in my body i am 54 to the fibro , in fact i am positive .
the biggest mistake i ever made was having a hystorectomey to solve my aniema problem . as my body had started to reject the iron injections that i had weekly for wait for it .16yrs ,
i asked many times why they never looked for the cause and kept making me suffer with the injections i never really got an answer
. i wish i had the insight i have now to sort the aneima , i am pretty sure that constant iron injections cant have done me any good. i also had a bad 3rd pregnancy i gained loads of weight and had terriable acid which the gp gave me gaviscone for .
i asked how many was safe being pregnant and he said you can have a tube a day if needed , no wonder i was constapted all the way thru .
i have since with the help of the internet and hours of research found alot about the so called antacids , gavescone isent that safe it has aliminum salts in. and antacids in general supress your imune system and leads to health troubles in the old and weak .
its nice chatting with you because of our simulir beliefs its hard to find like minded people . thats for doing the pendulim test .
