**Grab a handful of blackberries if you want to slow down the hands of time and boost your brain’s ability to retain and recall information.
You know that a healthy brain depends on healthy eating. Some foods boost brain power and function more than others. Blackberries are an excellent source of nutrients which nourish the brain and the body. They provide the necessary nutrition the brain needs, such as folate to stimulate the brain, omega-3 fatty acids to enhance the brain’s function, and tryptophan, which provides needed serotonin and can relieve depression and insomnia*** - Shared~

GA,
We ladies have to be sure to keep our Estrogen/Hormones as balanced as possible at this time & our diet plays such a big part!
It's not easy and we will may still have 'off' days. I'm trying to do all that is natural & I switch it up a bit so I don't get tired of the same diet-
Avocado, Banana, OrangeJuice smoothie for Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium- helps fight fatigue and gives extra energy boost
Tuna Fish, Boiled Eggs for Vit D, Omega... helps to fight Bone Loss and Low Engergy as well
Spinach, Kale, smoothie for Iron.. etc!
Hope this helps!
