increase from 20mg to 30mg question

Increase question. I increased from 20 to 30mg 11 days ago to hopefully clear up some lingering anxiety. Since then i've had night sweats, slight detached feelings, slow mind and also some weird episodes of racing thoughts but these were only for a few minutes. Is this not long enough to let the increase settle down or should I go back to 20mg? Really not sure as it felt like the side effects were exactly the same as the depressive symptoms I had in the first place but with added anxiety and amplified weirdness.

Hi there.  Ok, normal!!!! I did the same a couple of months ago and it took 3 weeks to sort itself out.  Feels like forever but it did clear up the anxiety...until I accidentally took  40 instead of 30 one day!  That gave me increased anxiety for about a week and it was only one tablet!!! So yes, bear with it, it will get better x

I didn't have any increased anxiety but really bad night sweats and can't get comfy to go to sleep - can only liken to wanting to 'take your arms and legs off' to get comfy!!!

I had improved on 20mg, but the increase to 30mg i feel so much better! Stick with it smile

    Hi all,

I've just increased Cit from 20ml to 30ml earlier this week and its definatly made me feel tired, slightly detached etc.

Is this normal for a slight dose increase ?

I'm thinking should i stick with it or drop back to 20ml ??

I've found splitting the dose seems to sort It out. If i take the full dose at night it messes with my sleep so getting there now. Did the tiredness wear off for you guys?
