Increased anger - started Sertraline 5 days ago

Hi everyone

Do any of you feel angrier and more rash than before you started Sertraline?

I struggle with depression and anxiety but I don't usually lash out shouting or getting enraged. I'm more likely to burst into tears, panic quietly etc. Yet in the last 5 days I've flown off the handle a bunch of times, over issues that previously wouldn't have upset me so much. Wondering if this is an effect of the Sertraline or not.

Update: I am feeling a lot more balanced, and it's been a full week now since I started Sertraline. Hoping the increased anger was just a symptom of switching meds as I feel loads better now. Still struggling with sleep (not being tired or having crazy dreams) but overall it seems to be working really well!

Hey Don, are you starting to feel better? I am again really angry, frustrated by my job and still struggling to sleep. Having lots of very vivid, frightening dreams. Aside from those two things I feel totally fine, but they're not that small!
