Infected or cut urethra

i've noticed i have not got my period for 55 days and am having milky white discharge , i dont have any foul odour , itching or burning. However i have noticed my vagina is EXTREMELY tight i can barely put a finger and when i enter it the first couple cm i feel a buldge behind my urethra ,then to my surprise my urethra looks very low and swollen with discharge in it. i just checked now and there was no discharge coming out of it but my urethra looks like a large hole and theres no room for my vagina hole. Does it look like a cut or vaginismis or urethritis ? ps i am a virgin so its not an STI.

another: no discomfort , smell or anything just that i have no space for inside my vagina cas my urethra is so big and red !

Well if you are late 55 days or close to that, take a pregnancy test first because when i was pregnant, i was irritated my whole pregnancy with annoying discharge... and go see your doctor too!
