reading everyones stories makes me feal v.positive about changing my lifestyle in combination with using Orlistat.

i tried last year on the tabs but didnt take it seriously.. im determined now to do it! its my 3rd day, so far so good in that im not snacking... im size 16 (UK) and 14,1..determined to be 13.7 by xmas.... sweet cravings and boardam whilst doing uni research is my downfall... reading everyones comments make me feal v.positive about doing it :-), i think this forum will keep us all working towards our targets of being hot babes but most importantly- being happy with ourselves smile

    hiya ive bin on them for 3 days 2 i just hope thay work 4 me ive never lost my weight from when i had my little girl i would love 2 get down 2 a size 12 i

    how much do u weigh atm? is it simialar to me, if you dont mind me asking... how are u finding it so far?

    hi i weigh 13 stone it hard 2 get my head a round it all wot 2 eat and wot not 2 eat ive messed my self 3 time since bin on them

    that meens that youreating too much fat... you have to be really careful on what your eating. Im basically eating; soups, ceral, things that are packed with veg, lots of fruit... basically healthy things with little fat...

    Last year when i tried them and lost intrest, i was'nt changing my diet as much as i am not...but im only on day, time will tell...

    i'm craving fatty foods, but resiting...altho tonight im allowing myself two crumpets with a very small amount of olive light spread...

    look at your diet and change all the fatty foods, (meals that contain more than 15g of fat ((im doing)) and change them for healthier options)..
