Has anyone else experienced a bubbling/festering rage that just builds up and you feel like screaming at the world??? The more i try to rationalise it, the worse it gets. I have learnt to simply walk away from things that wind me up now. Long walks with the dog are a godsend! Its very fustrating though as i'm normally easy going and laid back. There are days i feel like a woman possessed! Any one else experiencing this???

Definitely! I have always been a calm person who avoids conflict and wants to get along with others. I have been shocked by how angry I get over absolutely nothing. Even my spouse chewing whilst eating breakfast can send me over the edge. I always bite my tongue because I would never want to hurt the people I love, but, when I am alone, I will scream like a wild animal, in an attempt to realize some of this awful, awful rage:(

For sure, I had cervical cancer and had my ovaries removed so I went into menopause immediately. I found when my progesterone is too high I have total rage issues and when my estrogen is too high I get very anxious and depressed. I am seeking hormone replacement because I just don't feel like me. I'm on my fourth doctor because I've been dismissed and minimized more times than I can count going through all this health and hormone stuff. You know who you are and what is "normal" for you. Unfortunately, there just isn't a lot of research available on women's health right now and so much of it is trial and error. Don't give up and don't accept the status quo. What you are going through is very common - sad but true. I find youtube kick boxing video help a lot. 😃
