INTERNAL TREMORS

Does anyone ever have internal tremors, shakes, vibrations? For the past month I've been having them, usually between 2-4 a.m. not sure why. I've been to my heart doctor, he says it's not my heart. So I wondering if its a symtom of menupause? If anyone else has had them please respond back. Thanks!!

Hi Faye, yes I used to get internal tremors as well. It used to scare me because I didn't know why it was happening, then I found out that I was in perimenopause. It lasted for a couple of months for me....that was 3 years ago. I do believe that it is because of hormonal changes, but if you are concerned about it please see another doctor. Be gentle with yourself. Praying for all of us 😃

Hi Fay,,, I have had this feeling all the way thru peri,,, it is a horrible feeling I thought I was loosing my mind it makes you more nervous then you already are but many of us girls have felt this,, I believe it is all hormonal.. Have you tryed taking magnesium before bed??? This helps to calm you at night and even sleep...xxxx also I am 53 and still in peri maybe getting alittle close to meno,,,
