irregular period

I had a steroid shot on October 3rd 18 and after that my period was 3 weeks late then I bled heavy for 2 weeks. it stopped for a week the started like a normal period for 6 days. during the 6 days I started taking cerazette which in the first month I spotted for a few days randomly then I had staining for 6 days around when my period would of been due, since then I have had constant spotting for the last 2 week's which is only present when I wipe and is made worse with intercorse. I had a clear smear test last September and my gp checked my cervix last week and it looked fine. she is sending me for an ultrasound but I'm really worried about what they might find. I have no other symptoms, i had an mri scan in 2017 looking for endo which was present on my bowel but hasn't caused me any issues. everything else looked fine. I really worried now

    hey there,

Am sure everything is ok. What might be happening is the steroid shot might have caused some reaction, possible hormonal changes. Ask your doc if you can take some chaste berry, have you heard of this?

thank you for your reply, no I have never heard of chaste berry? I will ask when I see her next.

would that one steroid injection still be likely to mess things up now even though I had it early October? I hope so lol x

I honestly would not want to rule that out. There is no way of telling the reaction your body had to the injection.

If you do not want to see a doc yet, you may take some natural vitamins from the chaste berry I was telling you about. Vitex to be exact. Check it out. let me know your thoughts
