Irritated sores on labia PLS HELP

So typically the last 2 days of my period (which is very light) I use just a panty liner for any lingering discharge. On Monday I wore underwear that kinda slide up and around while wearing a liner- I changed the liner maybe 2 or 3 times that day- and also went to a workout class- so there was a lot of friction w the mix of adjusting my undies and the liner rubbing down there. I noticed Monday night I had 3 large sore bumps- kinda like I grown hairs but they stung so it felt like they had burst? I didn’t have any precious small cluster of warts or sores so I’m not thinking it’s herpes- though my boyfriend and I did have unprotected sex the Friday before (but we always do??? And we are very committed to only each other) anyways- the photo attached is from Tuesday. It’s now Thursday- they have gone down in size, and I have been applying a mix of neosporin and tea tree oil. Has anyone had anything similar? Sorry this is so long but pls someone help a girl out!!!

    You can post pics using the little square buttons in the upper right hand area of the area where you type text into. Press the button that is to the far right. It has a circle and some jagged lines. I guess its supposed to be the moon over mountains
