Is it Anxiety or time of year?

Ugh...  Why do I get so stressed at this time of year.  Wish I could be like how I was in my younger years... I could just do so much more then and be carefree..  Will try to exercise to see if that helps...

I think it is a mix of both.  Low vitamin D...dark and dreary days...I used to be very seasonal affective, got over it, and then hit this change and feel it very much again.  Soon the snow will cover all the grey and things will be bright again.

I got over it...  My turn to host the in-laws. UGH!  But it snowed 6 inches Sunday so I did some shoveling and have been exercising every day which helps.  Last night watched my son's basketball games and today did some shopping for myself..  : )  My blood work was really good about a month ago. I think with me I just need to keep moving and remember to be good to myself.

Hi im with you on this! Im just not motivated this year, im trying so hard just pushed myself to go and shop feeling like the pits! Salesgirl says how are you having a good day? Crap i think should i say no, best not upset her so i smile and say ok thanks, im shaking like a leaf and just want to go home but i need to be out and living, smiling. Looking at the storm clouds heading my way, means thunder hail maybe, so i rush home and look at my bed mmm no i should do some housework blah blah so yes i know how you feel!

Sorry to hear that..  That's the way it is I guess.  And being kind to yourself is best!!  If you need a day of nothing, then do that just don't make it a habit.  I finally dug into my X-mas boxes in the basement and SLOWLY getting it out.  The outside is lit up so that is done.  More snow over the weekend and I'm sure I'll have the tree up.
