3 days ago i noticed some red bumps under a few hairs on the shaft of my penis that were bugging me. I decided to try my best to pull them all out assuming they were ingrown hairs. Now they look like this and hurt, is it herpes??

could just have infected the skin by pulling the hairs out but u should get tested either way
