Is it herpes?

I had sex with my long term bf (6 years) felt like my perineum was torn a little then 2 days later I got all of these sores. I've never had a yeast infection dont know what is expected. I'm 99.9% sure my bf hasn't been with anyone else nor have I. I am petrified of going to the gyno for it because it hurts so bad I can't even think about how excruciating it would be to get a pelvic right now. not to mention I lost my job 2 weeks ago so I no longer have health insurance and funds are extremely low. do you think this could just be a yeast infection? I did use monistat 1 yesterday and so far haven't had any relief... ps sorry about the tamp string my period showed up same day as this..image I've since switched to pads. image

I did not have any itching prior to the lesions. I did have some burning where I had thought I tore my perineum. but mostly only when it came into contact with urine or while wiping.

The only way you'll know for sure what this is is by seeing a doctor. Find a low cost clinic in your area, or one that offers a sliding scale.

I have called the 2 around me and the soonest either of them could see me in Jan 22 😥

I'm not surprised given everything going on. Unfortunately if this is herpes, a Jan 22nd appointment will not help with a diagnosis. 😦
